Campaign Internships with Josh Zeitz for Congress

Did you know you can help change the direction of our country and gain valuable experience for your resume, all at the same time? Well, you can. It starts with a Josh Zeitz for Congress campaign internship here in Central New Jersey.

Josh Zeitz is the Democratic nominee for Congress in New Jersey's 4th Congressional District. Josh is a 34 year old college history teacher who is taking on Chris Smith, one of the leading members of the Republican religious right. You can read more about Josh by poking around this website.

Chris Smith has introduced legislation to ban the common, everyday birth control pill and IUD. (Watch the video here). He also co-authored legislation to make it illegal for employers who receive federal funding (e.g. schools, contractors, and local governments) to hire openly gay employees. It could even make it illegal for the federal government to provide college loans to openly gay students!

Interns on our campaign have fun while helping change our country for the better. Our interns are the heart of Josh's campaign and all are welcome.

We're smart, committed young people, ready to undertake any task. As interns, we research, canvass on foot, recruit volunteers, and call swing voters. We help online by keeping Josh's web presence live. You can help with Josh's Facebook and Myspace pages, and even help generate content for the website.

Internships are flexible, and we will work around your schedule. If your college or high school offers credit for internships, we will work with you to complete the necessary paperwork. We have two offices conveniently located in Hamilton and Brick.

It's also a great way to help Barak Obama. Our campaigns work together to bring about real change in New Jersey. Josh wants to help give Senator Obama a bigger majority to help make his presidency a success.


Sometimes we get to participate in events and house parties all around the district. Here we are enjoying a Trenton Thunder game for Intern Appreciation Night. Apparently the chick-filet cow was more fun than the game!


Not only is it a lot of fun, working as an intern for Josh Zeitz, gives keen insight into the political process and offers valuable experience. It's a great way to help make a difference!
